Dan, There is no gain I know of on the sale of infrastructure division. As they did last quarter, Q will probably report three different numbers for the June quarter: 1. Net Income before charges related to sale of infrastructure (charges estimated previously at $100 million) 2. Net Income after the above charges (but still including the operating losses of the infrastructure division up to the effective date of the sale) 3. Pro-forma Net Income which excludes the $100 million charge and excludes losses in (2) above. ie. This is the "going forward" look at the company's performance and the one that analysts and investors should care about. Best regards, Jim
