COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo., June 28 /PRNewswire/ -- Accent Software International (OTC Bulletin Board: ACNTF - news, ACNUF - news) today announced an alliance with a leading supplier of multilingual technology and services, Star+Globe Technologies of Singapore.
