FWIW, IDT just filed an amended S1 to their net2phone filing. This S1 confirms that NBC/Multimedia internet services is the fourth partner on net2phone IPO. NBC Owns SNAP.com etc. MSNBC and so on. There are some other interesting not to be missed items in the filing as well. The information will be widely reported on tomorrow. This is your heads up. IMO the stock will continue to rise sharply.
