Helicopter pilots tell us accidently falling out of a helicopter is not common, similar to regular aircraft, very rare. Mike was a perfectionist so an accident is unlikely, caused by him. I fail to see how anyone would benefit from his death. My belief is suicide due to health reasons. Bre-x will certainly miss his talents. Very sad.
