i haven't played with the big inut boys....
koop is one of my first foray into that crazy arena....like athm and aol.
agree that csco, qcom, etc. are the hot sector----as you know, john and i have been discussing these---
we also like unph, cnxt, sdli, rfmd, brcm, awre
for speculative plays...i like mcom, hsac, and koop---koop, you know the reasons...although i'm not sure how it'll do longer term with the good dr. at the helm.
mcom and hsac are plays on paul allen and vulcan....hard to go wrong with those.
also recent stirrings about sbux and nets,,,,additional speculation about schultz---ceo of sbux....and his association with allen, and the net sector. schultz also have made a mint on nets----invested 2.5 mill in ebay and parlayed that into 100 mill,,,,chump change....he's also on board of drugstore.com or something along that line....he's made some comments about becoming an inut player--but who isn't....
