DJ. Friday, Globalstar Telecommunications Ltd.'s (GSTRF) $4 preferreds were quoted 10.07 points above parity at 57 -- 58 bid/ask, on funding news. The company arranged on Wednesday a $500 million credit facility for the buildout of the Globalstar system, a low-orbit, satellite-based digital telecommunications system. The preferreds were quoted as much as 20 points above parity immediately after the news.
