Chris, like Steve I've had my share of problems with the options chains. Generally, data@quote.com is pretty responsive to emails about missing quotes and series, but there are dozens of "holes" in the data and I don't feel I can trust the chains these days. Could you at least let us know the status of your plans to fix 'er up? Other than that, QCharts is terrific!!!
