Dear Cosmo: My thinking is that IF SYNT or any other TECH is going to take a hit it will come around August. I would like to then increase my position at that time BEFORE the take off. I believe if everything works out right the takeoff would occur sometime after 10/1 as market usually looks about 6 mos ahead. JDN
