Paul,

I think you've hit the nail on the head so to speak in regard to using the web for daily transactions. Your example can be applied to many instances from accessing weather, movie info, local sports, sending/recieving email, contacts and more.

I for one would love to see this added for membership driven sites where I need to re-verify myself each time I access a different section of a website (not even leaving the site once).

Again, it would be a wonderous thing to have information at my fingertips which I could share with people in my daily activities. This includes work as well as informal websurfing (playtime).

One day we shall all look back at this times and regard them as people did in the early 1900's when referencing autos.

PS - The future of the web is not so much in broadband access but rather information access control. Broadband access will only bring the experience of the remote control from TV to websurfing. It will allow us to quickly access MORE information during a certain time frame. It won't actually make that surfing any better if I still have to pause to fill out forms.
