Just got off the phone with EUTC IR -EUTC is 6 months old...had existing business that projected 12 mos. revenue @ $8MM. The new acquisitions project $13.2 Million this = $ 22.2 Million. More acquisitions possible, only accretive will be considered...company exceeding sales goals in certain areas. -Company's central monitoring station product line met annual sales goal in just two weeks. SHARE INFO: -8 Million Issued Shares -Less than 1 Million in the float FINANCIALS/STATUS: -Audits currently being certified...EUTC expects to be fully reporting within 2-3 months. -Company's goal to get off OTC/BB. PIPELINE: -EUTC and its acquisitions have several contracts already signed...they are waiting for client approvals to release PRs. Rumored to include heavies like defense department (UK). DID YOU KNOW? -Board of Directors has three major London bankers on it. -President of latest acquisition, Intelligent Networks used to be a manager at Credit Suisse First Boston where I am told they are following the company closely. IR anticipates that analyst coverage will commence when share price reaches requisite levels.
