Allan Rowe Joins ProNetLink.com as Director of
Information Technology

NEW YORK, June 28 /PRNewswire/ -- ProNetLink.com, (OTC Bulletin Board:

specializing in electronic international commerce, announced today that it has
welcomed Allan Rowe to the company as Director of Information Technology.

Mr. Rowe will assume immediate responsibility for the ProNetLink.com website,
and will direct the ongoing development of advanced ProNetLink online products
and services.

Throughout his career, Mr. Rowe has worked at the leading edge of information and
Internet technology. He has been consulting in the field of E-Commerce web site
deployments since the beginning of the commercial web, and comes to ProNetLink
with an extensive depth of experience gained from his work with high-profile clients.

Mr. Rowe has consulted for such prestigious technology companies as Lucent
Technologies, Matsushita Electric Corporation of America, KPMG Peat Marwick
and Dun & Bradstreet. He brings to ProNetLink a vast array of skills and expertise
that include network infrastructure and architecture, firewall security, website
strategic planning and design, and the building and construction of web sites.

Recently Mr. Rowe completed an assignment in England for Dun & Bradstreet.
This $40 million project was one of the largest global redesigns ever to have
occurred in the web E-commerce Industry, and involved the redesign of Dun &
Bradstreet's Network Architecture Model for Global E-commerce Deployment as
well as the reorganization and deployment of 245 web sites.

Other recent projects included the design and implementation of e-commerce
"shopping cart" applications for NASA's "Fortune 500 Scientist of the World"
program, and for Rare Earth Interactive, an internet host provider and website
development company. Mr. Rowe also worked with the New York City School
Construction Authority, helping that organization to define its goals and build an
Internet strategy to Maximize its business processes.

Prior to his consulting work, Mr. Rowe held the position of LAN administrator and
specialist for Ceratech, Inc., a VAR Systems firm. In this capacity, he served as
the in-house consultant/advisor to the firm's Fortune 500 clients, advising them on
their corporate hardware and software installations. He researched, planned, and
consulted in the development of website strategies for both Ceratech and that firm's
clients, publishing a variety of Corporate Internet White Papers.
