Would have been nice to see NOVL breakout on todays tech turnaround. Could be that all the buyers got in on CEO announcement and the remainder are waitiong to see about earnings. If they do not rally with tech, i see a range of 8.5-11 until next earnings, or if big alliance announcement, like the IBM deal.
