I would view the market leader of HDSL, Pairgain, as such. They are evolving, on the surface, as a turnkey telco provider for many systems besides DSL. If I'm not mistaken they are developing software solutions for the telcos also. Albeit, their stock price does not seem to reflect this. As far as any of these companies, they are the only one who has a decent balance sheet. Scott
