Tom- I'm looking at this as a short candidate. Right now it looks as if the SEC will eliminate pooling and will require purchase accounting going forward. Given HLTH will acquire WebMD at a very high valuation, they will have loads of goodwill to write off and I think it will make institutional investors start to scratch their heads a bit on the real value of the company. In addition, most of the WebMD people who took HLTH stock for their WebMD shares will be running for the door when the lockup ends. Given their windfall, I'd think they'd be dumping heavily. Also-looks good from a technical perspective right now. Any thoughts? -isp
