OK! Just got off the phone w/ Mr. Oshea' and what i'm telling you is what he said. No more, No less. First, I asked him about
the delisting situation. He said they had until October and he felt they would be fine in filing on time. Had lawyers working on it
now. I also asked him how a shell could possibly acquire a much larger co such as Pharma. He said first, they could get to the
public market much easier by doing a reverse merger and also, the funding will not be a problem because of investors who
have expressed interest in funding the deals. His main priority right now is to get them SEC compliant which again does not
seem to be a problem. Their are 80mill outstanding and 40mill in the float. This is the best part of all. He said he was telling
me too much already but, he expected a PR in less than 2 weeks pertaining the ParmaOn-line deal and something else also,
but would not disclose. Everything i've told you is straight from the horses mouth, not altered in any way. So it's up for you to
decide how to absorb this info. For me, this is the news that I was hoping to here. I'm fired up now in every kind of way. Let's
go gang. We are rolling now! Give me some feedback!
