On another note, this weekend I rode in the MS 150 mile, it was easy, but get this, there was this one guy who was 80 years old 150 miles in 80 90 deg. heat, I was humbled. Pretty amazing huh. Almost more amazing, I used to work in a bike shop in the early 70s in Park Forest Il., I took one look at the guy, and I remembered him from then, I built a bike for him. A bunch of us used get to together and ride at night, he used to go with us, I was impressed then, even more impressive, he rode that bike, that I built for him, across the U. S. A., 3100 miles in three weeks at 56 years of age and he is still going strong at 80..
