well, if the recipient of the shares didn't pay their gift tax, that is a problem between them and the IRS.

I don't see how it would affect the company, or the shareholders.

It is interesting to know, however, that more of Frank and Denis' shares are entering the float. Presumably this is due to estate planning?

Anyway, if it continues, it will not help the stock price over the next year or so.

On a longer time scale, it doesn't matter, because Frank and Denis are no spring chickens, and they aren't going to live forever, and when they are gone this company and the stock will be toast. I'm content to wait for that, and get paid interest for waiting.
