And if Telcos team up with AOL to provide "always on" high speed access for FREE!! w/ AOL and telco's splitting revenue for the pay per minutes of use like Europe......... Dialup no dialup is a nonissue!!! FREE is not an issue because FREE is not FREE!!! The only reason Europian penetration is sloww is because europe pays exceessivly for the minutes of use to telcos who split revenues with FREE ISP. FREE is not FREE. D.H.
