Imaging Technologies Announces New Software Product, ColorBlind Prove it!,
Allowing Better Color Communication Across the Internet

SAN DIEGO, June 28 /PRNewswire/ -- Imaging Technologies Corporation
(Nasdaq: ITEC) today announced that it is introducing to the marketplace
software that performs monitor color calibration, offers ICC profiles for any
display, and allows color communication of displays worldwide utilizing the
Internet.
"We are pleased to introduce this new version of software, which is
another step forward in allowing Imaging Technologies Corporation to capture
its share of the $43 billion digital imaging marketplace," said Brian Bonar,
CEO. "ColorBlind(R) software is uniquely positioned to provide accurate color
displays for all e-commerce business."
The new product, ColorBlind(R) Prove it! Network 1.5, has significant
advantages over any similar product now available. These include:

-- Allowing professional or novice abilities; PC or Mac platforms; various
brands, makes and styles of monitors; laptop, LCD, or flat panel
computers; local or international graphic artists the ability to
calibrate all monitors simultaneously on the network to color match
perfectly.

-- What you actually see on your monitor is what you actually get when it
is printed. ColorBlind(R) Prove it! has the capabilities of gauging
when a monitor falls out of synch with the other monitors on the
network. This process is achieved using the included colorimeter
device that "sticks" to your monitor. This allows multiple monitors to
be controlled from one central location for consistency of luminance,
brightness, gamma and gray balance color.

-- ColorBlind(R) Prove it! has an easy 5-step process designed to provide
a monitor to printer match quickly through the use of ICC profiles.
ColorBlind(R) Prove it! automatically builds, saves, and uses an ICC
profile that is utilized via ColorSync (Macintosh) or ICM2
(Windows 98/2000).

-- Utilization of ColorBlind(R) products reduces costs by enabling proofs
generated by different proofing peripherals (scanner to ink jet to
press) as well as saves time by the use of customized repeatable
automation. It provides color communication from any color printer
with push button ease eliminating the need to make color adjustments
and reprints.
