BGR -- Rates stopped rising today -- the trend in rates, however, is still up. We had a reprieve today and I went long NBR, NEM, AOL, and LSI. But unless today was some kind of top in rates, which is one hell of an assumption given that rates have been going up all year, the trend is in tact.
