Hmmm first it says "IDT's post-offering stake in Net2Phone will be about 58%, or about 27.2 million shares."

and then

"Hackensack, N.J.-based IDT provides prepaid calling cards, Internet access and, through its 66%-owned Net2Phone unit, Internet telephony services."

What am I missing?

Also "Gregory P. Miller, an analyst who follows IDT Corp. at Jefferies &
Co., called the Sprint rumor "misguided," saying "There is absolutely
nothing (IDT) offers that Sprint would want.""

What about the Sprint NTOP trials? Why would they be doing that if there was "nothing Sprint would want?"
