What is a company like VGIN, a "money- losing company" that is "overwhelmed with opportunity" worth?

Anyone care to speculate whether the company is going to be bought outright and at a premium, or is this going to become some kind of cash infusion in exchange for marketing rights, like so many small bio-techs often do?
