Well, that was pure speculation on my part.... if a competitor of MANU is allied with one of the "big boys" maybe another "big boy" may see a need in that area also.... >>Under the alliance with smaller, standalone supply chain firm Ilog, whose competitors in the SCM market include i2 Technologies, Manugistics, and Numertrix, Oracle said it plans to embed Ilog's optimization components into Oracle's scheduling and planning modules with the new APS offering. << Okay, simplistic, I know... but on a slow news day... <g>
