However, if you take long posts as bearish, I can certainly take Wexler's post as bullish David, I think that would be a mistake. The first point is that Bill's recommendation was made in the context of a board which caters to shorts, so it's fundamentally no different than longs talking up a stock on its own board. You're off your "home turf," which is what makes your presence noteworthy as a contrary indicator. Second, Bill researches a great many stocks across a wide range of industries, and his record as a short is very good. I haven't researched IDX, other than to take a quick look at the balance sheet and cash flow statement, and thus I have no investment opinion at the moment. By popping up here, however, you've convinced me (and probably a lot of this board's other readers) to take a due diligence pack home for the night.
