I don't think anyone knows how many shares will become unrestricted on the 30th. Without any SEC filings and all the various companies involved, it is very difficult to even hazard a guess. 1 million,2,3, maybe all?

One question I do have: Would Manning and any other officers have to file the necessary SEC documents(144?) to sell? Being an OTC stock, they are non-reporting, but must the officers still file to sell?
