I would like to submit my PNLK pick to the list of "rumors" I suppose. There is a strong indication that an important PR will come soon. Here is why:

The stock was very stable about $2.6 for many days after it had pulled back from the previous support level of $3.5. During the last couple of days it went up to today's high of $3.6 and pulled back on profit taking on the news (sell on news effect, I guess) to $3.125

But it looks that another important news is coming within a week or so, as evidenced by the above clues. I believe that there will be another run up to about 4 followed by another sell-on-news pull back.
