INVestor, You remembered right. I believe the context of the statements you referred to were in response to questions from Hugh Covington about R+D expenses: first, did they include equipment and materials, and when will those costs drop? Answer to first was yes. Answer to second was that in 1Q00 and 2Q00 there will still be payments towards equipment, but 'we've been paying as we go, and we're 80% paid for as of now,' so that by 3Q00 the revenues would generate profit, even if all they had were Hanil and Alliant (or something to that effect).
