Whilst we have spent much time discussing this 'Bifurcation' issue, perhaps we should delve deeper in to this bit about manipulation of The Court.

Clearly, BW would like the court to believe that as a condition of their distribution service, a press release to be issued by them must contain factual information, which would likely preclude April Fool's educational tools. Companies wishing to distribute false information are exempt thus far, in as much that BW doesn't make any legal attempts against them. Why fraud is perfectly acceptable and education is legally actionable, is certainly beyond me.

Nonetheless, BW's actual terms say quite another thing from those they submitted to The Court. (see #reply-10293627 for reference). I wonder how far I would get if I tried to manipulate The Court in such a manner. I would guess not more than an inch. It was, of course, Roger whose name is on this document which attempts to manipulate The Court. What are the penalties, and will they hold up his honeymoon? These are the burning questions of the day. <gg>
