Does anyone have any information on why Kevin Fallon's shares will remain outstanding after the merger? Could he be retaining ownership in order to take advantage of his dissenter's rights?

Otherwise, I'm guessing that if a few folks took TAVA up on the "dissenters" alternative, they might have an interesting "litigating" chance to receive more for their shares. Definitely a risk/reward connundrum.

In any event, the proxy was a very interesting read about the day to day events leading to this merger. Did anyone pick up the tidbit that TAVA is now forbidden to enter into any other Y2k remediation or analysis work once the merger is completed. Obviously, Real was not too impressed with that particular revenue source, or perhaps, they're just not interested in the possible litigation they may be exposing themselves too ....
