Nearly ALL products have their component sections on parallel development tracks. You don't freeze development on part A, then design part B, freeze that, then design part C...

You certainly do need to freeze some parameters, but those can be interface specifications to allow the modular components come together. Kind of like a PC. An improved power supply doesn't obsolete the platform. But you knew that.

Admit it was a stupid comment and gain some(very little)credibility.
We'll be waiting for your humble retraction.
