It is up to GTW & DELL to decide which way to go.

GTW committed $200M for 2% of CMGI, ( soon to be a little less after AV dilution ), DELL actually put money into Navi( either Site or Net ), not in CMGI. After the rumored AV purchase, CPQ will own around 15% of CMGI, if GTW and/or DELL want out, they can get their money back, no questions asked. Given that rumored purchase of ELNK by GTW, and free DELLnet roll-out in Europe, I believe that it is GTW/DELL who want desperately to play internet games, and not the other way around. Sure more money is better for CMGI, but if there is any conflict, CMGI got to consider largest shareholder first, ie CPQ. I believe CMGI could find money elsewhere.

I am not worried about about.
