Maybe the solution would be for men to be the ones who get pregnant. Then they could decide whether to carry the child for nine months and go through everything involved in that or not. Or maybe men who don't want their child aborted shouldn't have sex with women with whom they are not married, or with whom they haven't agreed in advance whether a potential child will or won't be aborted?

It seems clear to me that you consider the physical effort in sperminating an ova to be the physiological equivalent of bearing a child for nine months and then going through childbirth, and breast-feeding, and all that. I am sure your wife would agree. Yeah, right, just ask her.

Wonder how many men die while sperminating? How many have to have life-threatening surgery? (C-section ratio approaching 40% in some cities). Not to mention suffering injury to their health while pregnant (in my case, gestational diabetes, which makes me more susceptible to adult-onset diabetes.)

You are a divorce attorney - do you think paying child support is the functional equivalent of being a full-time father? Does everyone who is supposed to pay child support pay it fully and on time?
