Eric-- For heaven's sake! The guy was only named to the post two days ago, and hasn't taken over officially. I should think that normal business etiquette demands that he not start throwing his weight around before he's actually in office. This doesn't mean, however, that he isn't spending his time these days making plans, and talking with people at Novell who didn't know about his impending arrival any sooner than we did. In addition, he'll be giving the keynote speech at Brainshare. This is the logical moment, and appropriate occasion, for him to begin to outline his plans for the company. Janice
