I am still looking for 0SX 65-66 sometime after a brief rally, what happens after the API numbers is the key for me. I consider it a gift horse buying opp - one that I will not miss. The second half of the year will be fantastic for OS. Don't know when the Majors will loosen the purse strings, I suspect one will start, and the others will fall like dominos. Competition, don't ya know. They got more cash and less oil than last fall and winter. Got to happen sometime soon, when it does - to the moon! Then - no more manipulation - Wall Street HAS to buy. Then the propaganda machine will really get cranked up. I'm guessing that the quarterly comparisons will be truly amazing starting third and fourth quarter.
