Mark,
Boy, this is a far cry from the discussions we had a couple of years back... huh ?
Well, I believe we have been civil to each other and there is no reason to discontinue at this point. Unlike yourself, I don't feel that the current management, or the current route are the right ones.
Bob has been a player in this company for some time and my guess is that he is just a patsy for the same clowns who have really been running the company for the past year or so. I'm sure there is a plan, but with the plethora of nothing we've seen coming from this team, I don't believe anything is working. The bored has been silent and even before Fr G. came along, nothing of worth had been coming from them. (remember the press release to announce the compensation committee/board ?) had been formed... that's what I call important stuff. What of substance has really happened since Bob has been in power ?
Mark, I disagree with your feeling that Bob knows what he wants to do. I'll state my opinion again, I beleive the main source of information most people receive regarding this company comes from the PR folks. As a PR person, I, too would paint a rosey picture and preach (pardon the choice of words) distain for the Father. According to my understanding of the last AGM, Father Gregory had more than enough votes to oust current management, but they negated the ballots for some half baked reason. If I understand and read this correctly, many, many shareholders also want to get rid of these guys and I am among them.
As for Fr's connection with KJimmy John, well, my feelings on this are that he was probably mane the outcast and scapegoat for all that went on. Just my opinion, but I'd bet that Nixon and, yes, even the slime bag currently in office are not really any different from many other's in the same position, just unfortunate enough to get caught.
Mark, I still respect your opinion, but I really hope Father Gregory gets in because I believe that is the only way we have to save any of our "investment".
