I've been able to dig up some information. Doug is busy trying to get financing to restructure the company. It seems he has a group he is working closely with, and it looks pretty good. The plan seems to be to take it to the NASDAQ after a big consolidation. I'm not happy thinking about the consolidation, but it is better to have a small piece of something that is trading instead of wallpaper. MKD is basically just a shell, so when a good project is found and when (if) it comes back to trade, it'll be at a decent price, probably 40-70 cents U$. Timeframe will probably be in the fall. Ted
