Not so sure about MGM but I do have an interest in Primmadonna (PRMA) MGM's partner in New York New York. I am interested to see the numbers for this quarter - my estimate is that they will look pretty good. The launch has exceeded expectations and everyone I know who has been there thinks the place is without a doubt the best Casino on the strip. Ring up and try and book a room - you will have trouble and I think thisis a good sign for MGM/PRMA holders.PRMA has some other projects just finishing completion. A outlet store, and golf course on their properties on HWY 15. Both these attractions should help get people to 'pull over' so hopefully we will see some improved cash flows this quarter as these investments bear fruit.
