Berwyn, XSNI has never reported anything to the SEC so I would be surprised if they start now. Yes, they can do or sell anything they want without telling anyone. Only they know the true number of shares.

If XSNI starts to file with the SEC you will know they are serious about a NASDAQ listing. Absent that, it is all speculation, as Bob noted.
