"telemarketing company?": no, they give personal service, too. My computer would not print out the application at the Wit site. I e-mailed Wit Friday late afternoon and got back a response this morning, asking me for my phone number. I was called promptly by one of their account reps, who faxed me an application and answered any questions. I think the operators answering are just the first level. They pass on anything they can't handle to "real" employees. At least they answer the line, which is more than I can say for Brown and Co, when I tried to get through months ago and gave up. I am assuming we can "flip" the shares with no undue consequences, as this program is through CMGI, not Wit. baney
