JimCl1997--I disagree with your assumption:

That eDig, Liquid Audio, and Fraunhofer are working together because one sees TX Inst.'s DSP being used in their product line. TI will sell their Dsp to anyone who can use it. It does not require the eDig OS to make it operative in a handheld music player.

eDig has made ePac work with the TI dsp and has the source code to assist others who want ePac. It can also assist other OEM's who will license MP3, AAC or A2B for their players to port their codecs to TI's dsp. in one handheld device, who want to combine those with ePac. eDig may be able to assist Lucent even more with their sales of ePac by porting it to one of Cirrus's new yet to be delivered SOC's.

The 3 million eq. financing is today's big news. We haven't even yet heard from Lucent, who should have some news of their own to make our shareholders even more secure.
