Hi again, C L,

I've been ok. Just wanted to thank you for all the info you have been disseminating over the last year, most <g> of which I took very seriously.

I understand your point about the MM buying and selling etc, and having to balance the books eventually. The issue I am struggling with is that trades must be settled in 3 days. That means delivery of the shares, into the brokerage account of whoever bought them. So if a MM sells the shares he has to get them from somewhere, and within that time frame. Without being able to borrow them, how can it be done?

I don't doubt that significant shorting has taken place in IPM, but I'm confused on how.

I unfortunately have the rest of my portfolio in Tech stocks, and with the recent drubbing, and the non-marginablity of IPMCF, I am in the curious position of being up 15% this month and yet yesterday getting a maintenance call! OUCH

Later,
Mark
