GZ, It's also predicated on the recent performance of the OTC/NDX and the spread between the 10- and 40-week moving averages. In order for the market to make a bottom and base, it's probably going to take another 3 months to make a series of at least two intermediate-term troughs in the same vicinity and for those averages to reasonably converge. So, a top in late July or by mid-August would fit closer to that scenario.
