Thanks for your response. I may have a few more questions tomorrow. My friend seems to feel so strongly about this that I told him I would spend tomorrow on it. I will research the items you mentioned and see what I can come up with as well. The person who referred me to this doesn't usually get involved with companies that are in any way shady. So, I am surprised and curious. I wonder what Lehman was so hot to do an equity investment for also. Usually they don't casually make these investments. Thanks again, I'll be reading up tonight and checking things out more tomorrow.
