FYI, this is what Cisco IR told me about its relationship with Cyberslimfast: "We have provided a limited amount of financing through a third party to Cyberfast. It is not open-ended."

This is in contrast to Cyberslimfast's claim that "Cisco Systems Inc. has extended an open line of credit through 1999..."
