That is very imaginative, and might even be true. But it is not provable according to scientific standards, and thus we are back to the beginning of this whole exercise, which is that the pro- life position merely needs to be able to advance itself in ways appropriate to the "secularized forum". Supposing the overturning of Roe, and the return of the matter to the states, it will have to convince electorates and legislatures state by state. If Steven is right, and the case is overwhelmingly pro- choice, then I suppose we will lose in most places. But that remains to be seen...
