Back when i first got into BB stocks one of the first things most of the old timers told me was sell in the morning, buy in the afternoon.

I don't know a bit of solid fact, but I do know that the clock is ticking and that Conrail has to do something to make that lawsuit disappear. Conrail is closing up shop and getting smaller every day on it's way out. Somewhere along the way they have to deal with that suit. From what I understand, there is merit to it and Conrail cannot simply ignore it and go out of business. Anyone have any info as to the status??
