Terrence, I have not been in the vicinity of a burning flag since the protest march in San Francisco against the first Gulf war. Joan Baez was singing that day.

I do support your right to burn one, although I would kindly ask that you not do it too often, since the world's precious resources are expended in making the flag, perhaps even with third world child labor. Also, the burning itself must cause some pollution.
