Hi Dan

I know the amount of time your have put into this stock; you likely know more about it than 99.99% of people

if one goes through all the yhoo posts somewhere in them is just about everything positive or negative about this company and its stock

I kind of know where you are coming from on this one after we had NITE in the pre split 5 range; took a small profit; then watched it go up 20 to 30 times

you are thinking GUMM will be a double/triple by year end or so and don't want to miss it

you have made the positive case; I can't add a thing
and the negative case has been made on yhoo as well
the only two things I really can't make a knowledgeable comment on are the recent insider sell and the details of any possible stock impact from the financing

so my 2 cents is just this

it's a matter of timing and "opportunity" costs

is one better off holding a large position waiting ot better off using the cash to trade other things then jumping on GUMM if/when it runs

if something very positive happens my guess is a 90% cnance that one could buy in at 12 or less; so about a 20% gain loss
could one have earned that 20% or more in other stocks while "waiting for GUMM"?

in addition there is the possible risk of loss down from here

so I guess what I am saying is if one feels they could better employ their funds eleswhere during this "waiting" period they should; if not then buy GUMM and wait

clearly the chart has gone into a super tight range so a break either way "may" mean a good sized move in that direction

fwiw I looked over my records; traded GUMM 4 times; 3 wins, 1 loss; total return on average funds invested was appox 27%

if one forgets that real money is invested in this stock it is a bit funny to read all the emotional posts on a stock that trades so few shares; clearly there are some people who are very emotionally invested in this one

anyway all the best to you on this baby; hope you beat your upside target

I have an upside alert set so if it does take off I'll try to help the upside by jumping on board somewhere/sometime
