I wouldn't buy a sound system over the web either. But if they
go into e-commerce, I don't think they will be selling the home threater over the web. (well I guess they could), but I would have to visit the showroom and hear and see it first. I was thinking more in lines with them doing something with the video.com, (selling advertising, movies, etc.

I don't know (keyword) how this deal was structured, but I don't think they issued a ton of shares. I can't see the company letting Robert, Sheri Torres or the Prince resigning from the company and being able to keep there 144 stock. Plus there was a suit against the Andrews for 3M shares too.

Anyone know what the time requirement is for issuing shares for an acquisition?? I can call the transfer agent and see if we are still around 22.6M

This Multimedia Showrooms is supposed to be profitable, so I can't imagine how positive cash flow could hurt us, when we had no cash flow at all.

As far as moving, the company had to move to north Palm Springs awhile back for lower rent, (we had no cash flow). THe latest move was being done to combine the MMS and the MediaConcepts. A few posts back was from a shareholder that had made a visit to the new location.
