Hi sks1, The following is a reply from Tom: Please explain to sks1 that I have spoken with large brokerages such as Dean Witter, Bear Stearns etc., and they all understand that our only reason for doing this is to drain CEDE holdings of the street name stock. It's working too. GO ECNC! Tom
